When we chose to make a cooling cover, we knew we had to make it functional but also comfortable - thats why the cover is made from two materials.
The outer layer is a 200gsm cotton, a medium weight comfortable fabric.
Underneath this layer is the Outlast fabric, which keeps your dog comfortable all year round.

Outlast cooling technology works by utilising a special material embedded with phase-change materials (PCMs), originally developed for NASA for temperature regulation in spacesuits.
Here’s how it works in our dog beds:
Absorbing Heat:
The Outlast material actively absorbs excess body heat from your dog when they lie on the bed. This heat is stored within the phase-change materials, which transition from a solid to a liquid state as they absorb energy.
Storing Heat:
The stored heat remains in the Outlast material, away from your dog's body, keeping the bed surface cooler and more comfortable.
Releasing Heat:
When your dog moves or the temperature around them cools, the phase-change materials release the stored heat, transitioning back to their solid state. This helps maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature.

We use CertiPUR-US® certified foam, which means free from formaldehyde, mercury, lead & other heavy metals.
No more bugs, mites or odours, our foam is treated with Ultra-Fresh™ antimicrobial additive which lasts for 2 years.
Every internal foam component has its own waterproof liner case that stops accidents & fluids entering the foam.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the Zushy Dog Bed must be:
- Unopened
- In its original vacuum seal
- Covers and accessories must be unused and in new condition
Please note: Beds that have the vacuum seal broken are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Zushy Dog provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as a lifetime warranty against sagging of the memory foam.
This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials.

Simply unzip the cover and machine wash on a cold cycle.
Line dry to keep it looking fresh.

Each Zushy Dog Bed box includes:

To protect the shape and structure of the foam, we don’t roll the bed up fully assembled. Instead, we pack the foam base and cover together - unassembled, so everything arrives fresh and in top shape.
Setup takes just a minute: slide the foam into the cover and zip it up.
