Refund Policy

If you have received your Zushy Dog Bed and have not opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return or an exchange for a different size.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the Zushy Dog Bed must be:


  • Unopened

  • In its original vacuum seal

  • Covers and accessories must be unused and in new condition

Please note: Beds with a broken vacuum seal are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please request it within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at:

If approved, returns must be shipped back to our US-based returns facility .

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the item is unopened, vacuum sealed, unused, and in new condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method .

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Important Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal on the bed has been opened, as the product cannot be repackaged once expanded.

If you are unsure about the size upon delivery, do not open the vacuum seal and contact us at wardafd16@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist with a return or size exchange as long as the bed remains sealed.

Cover Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your bed cover choice, you may exchange the cover only without returning the entire bed.

Please contact us at wardafd16@gmail.comto arrange a cover exchange.

Warranty

Zushy Dog provides:


  • 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Extended warranty against sagging of the memory foam under normal use

This warranty covers defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:


  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Heavy scratching, chewing, or rough use

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at wardafd16@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement if eligible.

Warranty Does Not Cover:


  • Normal wear and tear from regular use or washing

  • Damage caused by aggressive pet behavior (bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, moisture damage)

  • Damage caused by using the cover on a non-Zushy Dog bed
